We are also committed to the belief that maintaining the confidentiality of our customer's information is at the core of our relationship with our customers. Our Board of Directors has adopted this Privacy Policy so that you will understand what information we collect and how we use it.

Background
A combination of state and Federal laws have been passed requiring insurance companies to begin providing annual notices to their customers regarding the use and protection of their personal information. We routinely send the following disclosure notice to all of our new and existing customers. We want to assure you that we will continue to aggressively protect your interests and privacy.

It is important that all policyholders and applicants know that J. M. Marketing is committed to the belief that maintaining the confidentiality of our customer's information is at the core of our relationship with our customers.

Our Promise
We understand that you expect the personal information you have entrusted to us will be handled with great care. We DO NOT disclose any personal information about our customers or former customers to anyone, other than the insurance company required to receive the information. Please be assured that we will NEVER provide medical information that we may obtain on insurance applications to any affiliate or to any associate without your prior consent.

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Privacy Act protects you, the customer, and J.M.Marketing fully supports the nondisclosure of any information.

To further control your information , J.M.Marketing requires every insurance company we represent to sign a special agreement that they will not market to J.M.Marketing customers or disclose any information supplied to the various insurance companies to any other source.

Claim information is also very confidential and only total dollars paid in claims is provided without the list of names collecting.

The only information J.M.Marketing has about a customer is that which was supplied by the customer on an application. J.M. Marketing does not collect information from any other source.
